1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By visiting or using the platform at algoadmin.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. AlgoAdmin ("Company") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. If you do not agree, exit immediately.
2. REGISTRATION AND TERMINATION
By registering, you understand that AlgoAdmin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to the Platform without notice for: (a) any unauthorized access or use; (b) if you assign or transfer rights granted under this Agreement; (c) if you violate any terms herein. Termination shall not affect any right or relief to which AlgoAdmin may be entitled at law or in equity.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY GUIDELINES
This Platform is intended solely for the management of your own trading accounts in accordance with the applicable regulatory guidelines, including those prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). You confirm that you are using this Platform strictly for managing your own proprietary accounts and not for managing accounts of any third party or offering portfolio management services, unless you are duly registered with relevant regulatory authorities as required under law.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES
AlgoAdmin shall not be held responsible or liable for any profit or loss, whether direct or consequential, arising from technical glitches, software malfunctions, latency, server downtime, network issues, or execution delays. All services are offered on a best-effort basis. No guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted availability or flawless performance.
5. WALLET AND PAYMENTS
All wallet top-ups are non-refundable once processed. Execution/copy accounts and Algo/API tools are billed according to the active plan shown in Wallet. Additional static IPs may be charged separately. Failure to maintain sufficient balance may pause associated accounts or strategies. AlgoAdmin reserves the right to revise pricing with notice.
6. SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party. In the event of unauthorized access due to negligence in securing your credentials, AlgoAdmin cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
7. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your broker credentials are encrypted and stored securely. They are used solely for the purpose of executing social trades on your behalf. AlgoAdmin does not share your credentials with any third party. You grant the Platform permission to access your broker account solely for social trading purposes as configured by you.
8. DISCLAIMER
Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Platform does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions and their consequences are your sole responsibility. AlgoAdmin is a neutral technology service provider and is not a financial advisor, portfolio manager, or SEBI-registered investment adviser.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoAdmin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these terms; (c) any unauthorized actions conducted through your account.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
11. PERSONAL USE — FAMILY & FRIENDS
AlgoAdmin is built for personal use among close networks — family members, friends, and trusted individuals who choose to mirror trades together. This Platform is not intended for operating as a Portfolio Management Service (PMS), an Investment Advisory Service, or any SEBI-registered entity managing third-party funds commercially. By accepting these terms you confirm that your use of this Platform is personal, non-commercial, and limited to individuals you know personally. Any attempt to use the Platform for commercial fund management, public advisory, or regulated financial services is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
